o BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WELD

ao WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
o Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
a Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
rn affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and

WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
coca Colorado, has the authority under State statute and the Weld
Z County Home Rule Charter to establish certain fees for services
\ w provided by the various departments of Weld County Government, and

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County
rn w desires , through this Ordinance, to set fees and charges for motor
e'' G14 vehicle identification number inspections provided by the Weld
NZ County Sheriff ' s Office.

Wrx NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the fee schedule for
ke re)
motor vehicle identification number inspections provided by the
NN Weld County Sheriff' s Office set forth in Exhibit "A" , a copy of
,N., � which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
shall be the fees charged by the Weld County Sheriff for motor
vehicle identification number inspections.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that the effective date of said fee
schedule shall be immediate, as permitted by State law, and such
fees shall remain in full force and effect until the Board ordains
to change such fees .
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that an emergency exists in that the
fees need to be effective immediately; therefore, Ordinance 84-J
is declared to be an Emergency Ordinance under the provisions of
Section 3-14 of the Weld County Home Rule Charter.
