RE: APPROVE DECLARING CERTAIN EQUIPMENT AS SURPLUS PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the County has identified that a FMC Moder 3500
Emissions Tester is no longer needed for use by Weld County, and
WHEREAS, State statute and the Weld County Administrative
Manual require that all items disposed of be declared surplus by
the Board of County Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Board hereby
declares the FMC Moder 3500 Emissions Tester, Asset No. 1800 0805,
as surplus property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board hereby authorizes the
sale of the above mentioned property to Dale Neidig for parts, in
the amount of $2,000.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 16th day of
March, A.D. , 1988 .
