RE: APPROVE CORRECTION TO RECORDED EXEMPTION NO. 1029 - HARPY AND
VIVIAN BROGDON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on July 22 , 1987 , the Board did, by Resolution,
granted Recorded Exemption No. 1029 to Harry and Vivian Brogdon,
and
WHEREAS, the original materials for Recorded Exemption No.
1029 , as submitted by the Department of Planning Services ,
contained an error, and
WHEREAS, the property was described as Lot A of Recorded
Exemption No. 452 and should have been described as Lot A of
Recorded Exemption No. 457 (Underlining added to note
correction) .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the hereinabove noted
correction to Recorded Exemption No. 1029 be, and hereby is ,
approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 12th day of
August, A.D. , 1987 .
