RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE CONTINUANCE OF HEARING TO CONSIDER REQUEST OF SAM
PARKER FOR A USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County ,
.rCie„ pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Ae Charter , •iF '. e ted with the authority of administering the
ofairs of We:d County , Colorado, and
a
WHEREAS , the Board of. County Commissioners held a public s
hearing on the 1st day of July, 1987, at the hour of 2: 00 p.m. in
the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of considering the
request of Sam Parker for a Use by Special Review for a use
similar to uses listed as Uses by Special Review in the
A-Agricultural Zone District for the storage, fabrication and .
distribution of wooden storage buildings, and
a
WHEREAS , the Board was informed by the Department of Planning
Services that a sign informing the public of said hearing was not
posted ten days prior to said hearing, as required, and
WHEREAS, it was deemed advisable to continue said hearing to
August 5 , 1987 , at 2 : 00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the hearing to
consider the request of Sam Parker for a Use by Special Review be, t
and hereby is , continued to August 5, 1987 , at 2:00 p.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made :.
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 1st day of
July, A.D. , 1987.

FABRICATION, AND DISTRIBUTION OF WOODEN STORAGE BUILDINGS, SAM
PARKER
A public hearing was conducted on July 1 , 1987, at 2:00 P.M. , with the
following present:
Commissioner Gordon E. Lacy, Chairman
Commissioner C.W. Kirby. Pro-Tem
Commissioner Gene Brantner - Excused
Commissioner Jacqueline Johnson
Commissioner Frank Yamaguchi
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Debbie Campbell
Assistant County Attorney, Lee D. Morrison
Planning Department representative, Lanell Swanson
The following busii.ess was transacted:
I hereby certify that nursuant to a notice dated June 15, 1987, and
duly published June 18, 1347, in the Johnstown Breeze, a public hearing
was conducted to consider a Use by Special Review, submitted by Sam
Parker, for a use similar to uses listed as Uses by Special Review in
the A-Agricultural Zone District for the storage, fabrication, and
distribution of wooden storage buildings. Lee Morrison, Assistant
County Attorney, made this matter of record. Lanell Swanson, of the
Planniug Department, said the applicant had not posted the property the
required ten days prior to this hearing and has requested s
continuance. Commissioner Kirby moved to continue this matter to
August 5, 1987, at 2:00 P.H. The motion, seconded by Commissioner
Johnson, carried by a unanimous vote.
This Certification was approved on the 6th day of July, 1987.
