Dear Mr . Bingle :
McComb Realty Service is in the process of helping
Patrick R. and Sandra L. Cantrell of 20400 Weld County
Road 55 , Kersey , CO 80644 , sell part of their farm and
dairy operation. They are going to be applying for a
recorded exemption in the next few days . Pat and Sandie
currently have a special use permit for between 400 and
500 head of dairy cows .
We request that the Department Of Planning Services
review their special use permit for the dairy and
advise us of the status of the permit . Is it possible
for the permit to be transferred to the new owners?
Also what is the cost of transferring the special use
permit?
