Subject: Relocation of a hog confinement operation on Special Review permit

6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado.
Dear Mr. Rissler:
The Department of Planning Services' staff has reviewed your letter of July
19, 1984. The staff has determined that the proposed relocation of the hog
confinement operation northeast of the existing residence would not be
considered a material deviation to the approved Special Review permit. This
determination is contingent upon all plans for the livestock containment and
runoff facilities being reviewed and approved by the Weld County Health
Department prior to construction.

Gentlemen:
Please consider this as a formal request to make a minor
change in plan for a special use permit issued to Tom
Caruso for a hog confinement operation approved December 31,
1980 .
Specifically, I request confirmation that this is not
a material deviation from original approved plan.
I would like to move proposed construction from the northeast
of existing buildings to the northwest of same existing
buildings . The northwest is the high ground - will drain
better and permit gravity sewage to lagoon.
