WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
00 3 Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
w affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and

p WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners recently passed
w Ordinance #127-A, a comprehensive Ordinance regulating small
gerZ personal care boarding homes in Weld County, and

WHEREAS, certain errors and omissions were discovered in
Z Ordinance #127-A which need to be corrected on an emergency basis

to prevent confusion in the application and interpretation of
Ordinance #127-A and to minimize the time period during which
NZ Ordinance #127-A is in effect with those errors and omissions.

N H NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Z Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Section 2 . 3 be
amended by the addition of a heading of a subsection Section
N w 2. 3 (C) , which shall be inserted following the first sentence in
Section 2. 3 (B) .

N o< BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the first sentence of Section
