Dear Pat ,
Recently, you received a letter explaining that NWNL General and
Provident General Insurance Companies have merged forming one
property/casualty subsidiary of Northwestern National Life
Insurance Company .
As a result of this consolidation, it is necessary for us to
update the name of the company on the Sponsorship Agreement .
The agreement is the same one you signed before . However , it
now is personalized with the Provident General name .
Please review the agreement and sign the bottom section on the
reverse side and return in the enclosed envelope .
We appreciate your continued support of this program and look
forward to providing you with the best possible service in the
years ahead.
Respectfully ,
