RE: APPROVE SUPPLEMENTAL CONTRACT WITH RICHARD WEINGARDT
CONSULTANTS, INC. , AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board did, by Resolution dated September 9 ,
1987, enter into a Contract with Richard Weingardt Consultants,
Inc. , for engineering services for the design of Weld County
Bridge 15/44B, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Supplemental
Contract, making certain amendments to said Contract, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to
approve the Supplemental Contract, with the terms and conditions
being as stated in said Contract, a copy of which is attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Supplemental
Contract between Weld County and Richard Weingardt Consultants,
Inc. , be, and hereby is , approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and
hereby is, authorized to sign said Supplemental Contract.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of
March, A.D. , 1989 .

SUPPt,EMENTAL CONTRACT
By mutual agreement, Weld County and Richard Weingardt Consultants, Inc.
hereby amend the contract between these two entities dated September 9,
1987, for engineering services necessary to replace the bridge on County
Road 15 over the Little Thompson River, 2/3 mile north of County Road 44 as
follows:
1. In Article IV, Section I, Paragraph A, change the "lump sum"
amount from $16,410.00 to $18,610.00.
2. In Article IV, Section I, Paragraph C, change the "Total
cost not to be exceeded without a supplemental contract"
amount from $17,850.00 to $20,050.00.
