Subject. Purchase of Services Amendment
Enclosed for Board approval is a Purchase of Services Amendment between
the Weld County Division of Human Resources ' Migrant Head Start Program
and the San Luis Valley Board of Cooperative Services. (BOCS)
This amendment changes Section A, Item I of the original contract dated
May 13, 1988. The original contract stated that $16,228.00 will be
required to be provided to San Luis Valley BOCS (Delegate) as non-federal
share. The correct statement should be, San Luis Valley BOCS (Delegate)
will be required to provide $16,228.00 as non-federal share.
All other terms of the original agreement remain the same.

Purchase of Services Amendment
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 6th day of June,
1988, by and between the Board of County Commissioners , by and through
the Weld County Division of Human Resources' Migrant Head Start Program,
hereinafter referred to as "Department," and the San Luis Valley Board
of Cooperative Services, hereinafter referred to as "Delegate".
WHEREAS, the Department and Delegate are desirous of amending the
original agreement of May 13, 1988.
NOW THEREFORE, it is mutually agreed:
1. Section A. Item 1. should now read as follows:
" For satisfactory performance of the service requirements,
the Delegate shall be reimbursed a Maximum Reimbursable
Amount (MRA) of $64,913.00 to be paid with ACYF funds
from the Department. The Delegate will be required to
provide $16,228.00 as non-federal share. This non-federal
share may be evidenced as "In-Kind" match for donated
services, items, or cash. All valuation of donated
services or items shall be reasonable. Fair market value
is usually the appropriate valuation method."
2. All other items and conditions of the original agreement shall remain
in effect unless otherwise stated in this Agreement.
