RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1171 - ART ROBBINS
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado , pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County ,
Colorado , on the 21st day of May, 1986 , considered the request of
Art Robbins for a mobile home to be used temporarily during a
medical hardship, and
- WHEREAS, said mobile tome is to be occupied in an
a-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more
particularly described as follows:
Tart of the N3 NW1 , Section 24 , Township 1
North, Range 67 West o₹ the 6th P.M. , Weld
County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the
testimony, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Art
Robbins for permission to place a mobile home to be used
temporarily during a medical hardship on the above described
parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with Section
43 of the Weld County Zoning -Ordinance, be, and hereby is ,
granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 21st day of
May, A.D. , 1986 .

I gm applying for a zoning permit to move a Mobile Home from our present
farm at 15721 W.C. Road 10, Fort Lupton, to a new farm that I have
purchased at 2876 Weld County Road 23, fort Lupton, CO.
We presently have a "Temnorary Medical Hardship Permit" for this Mobile
Home to house my Mother-in-law and rather-in-law. They are both 85 years
old and both deaf and need someone near to them to look out for them.
My new farm has one house on it now that my wife and I will live in and
we need to move the Mobile Home there also, and so need a NEW "Temporary
Medical Hardship Permit" at the new address. Thanks.

said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, that at the time of the ensealing and delivery of these
presents they are well seized of the premises above convoyed, as of good, sure, perfect, absolute and indefeasible
estate of inheritance,in law, in fee simple,and have good right, full power and lawful authority to grant,bargain,
sell and convey the same in manner and form aforesaid, and that the same are free and clear from all former and
other grants,bargains,sales,liens,taxes,assessment and encumhrances of whatever kind or nature soever.
EXCEPT general taxes for 1986 and subsequent years which the grantees herein
agree to pay when due;
and the above bargained premises in the quiet and peaceable possession of the said parties of the second part,their
heirs and assigns,against all and every person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim the whole or any part thereof,
the said parties of the first part shall and will WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND.
