RE: APPROVE LETTER TO TOWN OF FREDERICK AMENDING AGREEMENT FOR
COST-SHARING AND REIMBURSEMENT CONCERNING CERTAIN WATER LINES
IN THE TOWN OF FREDERICK AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN h1W

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, rn�
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home AIM
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the 7y
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and t�

WHEREAS, on August 31 , 1987 , the Board approved an Agreement MI
for Cost-Sharing and Reimbursement between Weld County, the Town z w
of Frederick, Grant Brothers Partnership, and Sam Hepp concerning o
the replacement of certain water lines in the Town of Frederick, moo

WHEREAS, the Board has now been presented with a letter y
amending the original Agreement which increases the amounts to be H-.
paid by each party, and xo
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it appropriate to ti�
approve the letter amending said Agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County 2,-

Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the letter to the VI-,
Town of Frederick concerning amendments to the Agreement for m
Cost-Sharing and Reimbursement between the hereinabove mentioned o
parties be, and hereby is, approved. 6s.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and
