RESOLUTION
RE: APPOINTMENT OF CLAUD HANES TO THE WELD COUNTY DEFERRED
COMPENSATION BOARD
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Deferred
Compensation Board, and
WHEREAS, through an election of active members in the
Deferred Compensation Program, Claud Hanes was elected as an
employee member to the Deferred Compensation Board for a two-year
term, and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to appoint Claud Hanes to the Weld
County Deferred Compensation Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Claud Hanes be, and
hereby is, appointed to the Weld County Deferred Compensation
Board for a two-year term to begin July 1 , 1985 , and to expire
June 30 , 1987.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 21st day of
August, A.D. , 1985 , nunc pro tunc July 1 , 1985.
