Subject: Financial Agreement
Enclosed for Board approval is a Financial Agreement between the
Employment Opportunities Delivery System (EODS) and the State of
Colorado's Department of Labor and Employment.
The agreement will enable EODS to reimburse the state for the forms
and supplies used to support Job Service activities and to provide for
the delivery of mail , microfiche, etc. from Denver to the Greeley office
via Pony Express.
The agreement is in an amount not to exceed $3,430.00 for the time
period of July 1, 1985, through June 30, 1986.

FINANCIAL AGREEMENT
Between
STATE OF COLORADO
DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT
DIVISION OF EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING
and
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WELD COUNTY
THIS AGREEMENT, made this 1st day of July, 1985, by and between the
State of Colorado for the use and benefit of the Colorado Department of Labor
and Employment, Division of Employment and Training, hereinafter referred to
as the State and the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, hereinafter
referred to as the Contractor.
WHEREAS, the Contractor is a political subdivision of the State of
Colorado; and
WHEREAS, Weld County has been designated as a service delivery agent
by the Governor and is authorized to provide JTPA Services; and
WHEREAS, the Contractor provides employment and training programs to
residents of Weld County through the Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA) ; and
—. the Employment Opportunities Delivery System (EODS) ; and
WHEREAS, the State has contracted with the Contractor to provide a
single delivery system to residents of Weld County for employment and training
services; and
WHEREAS, the Contractor will reimburse the State for actual costs
incurred during the performance of this Agreement in an amount not to exceed
Three Thousand Four Hundred Thirty and 00/100 dollars ($3,430.00) .
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed that:
During the term of this Agreement, July 1 , 1985 through June 30,
1986, the State will bill the Contractor quarterly for the actual cost of the
following:
1 . Necessary forms provided to the contractor for employment service
activities. Supplies necessary for other programs will be provided by EODS.
2. Pony Express service for delivery of mail , microfiche, etc. , to
the Contractor' s Office.
