Dear Mr. Barr:
Thank you for your letters of January 6. The Department of Planning
Services' staff has reviewed your request for an extension until March 1,
1988, to submit an Amended Use by Special Review application. This
extension will be granted.
If an application is not submitted by March 1, 1988, or the submitted
application is incomplete, a probable cause hearing will be held on March 2,
1988. The purpose of this public hearing, should it be held, will be to
review case USR-588 for compliance with the operation standards as approved
by the Board of County Commissioners on December 7, 1983.
If it is determined at the public hearing that there is probable cause that
you are not in compliance with USR-588, the Board of county Commissioners
will schedule a Show Cause hearing to consider revocation of the Use by
Special Review permit.
