RE: APPROVE PURCHASE OF USED 1977 CATERPILLER FORK LIFT FROM
WAGNER EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Purchasing Policies and Procedures
require that all used property be purchased by Board Resolution,
and
WHEREAS, the Director of Road and Bridge has recommended
the purchase of a 1977 Caterpillar Model V160 , fork lift truck
for the amount of $27, 000. 00 , from Wagner Equipment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, hereby authorizes the
purchase of the above used fork lift truck from Wagner
Equipment, in the amount of $27 , 000 . 00 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 9th day of
March , A.D. , 1987.
