We are requesting a Subdivision Exemption on
our property located on 71st Avenue, Greeley, CO for the
following reasons :
1. The Steins will add 3 . 375 acres to their
lot which is presently only . 385 acres .
This will give them the added land they
want to have and to maintain.
2 . This land, because of Sheep Draw, is difficult
for us to maintain and is of no benefit to
us .
3 . This exemption will benefit both properties
as well as the neighborhood.
