Assuming an appraised value of $ 38 , 893 , 000 . 00 , subtracting agricultural property which is exempt at an appraised value of $6 , 190 , 000 . 00 , and substracting mineral property at an appraised value of $10 , 808 , 000 . 00 , equals $21 , 895 , 000 . 00 assessed valuation. ( Please note : Not all mineral ( oil and gas ) properties will be exempt from the tax . Only those that lie under agriculture assessed property. We have excluded all mineral properties in order to show the lowest possible figure for budgeting, and to simplify the Assessor ' s job in obtaining these exact figures at this time . ) Current delinquent taxes reduces this by two percent , therefore the parks and recreation district may expect a net revenue of $21 , 457 . 00 . 881227 Hello
