RE: GRANT REQUEST OF DOUBLE EIGHT LAND CORPORATION TO
PRE-ADVERTISE USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter , is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , Double Eight Land Corporation has submitted a letter
to the Board requesting that a Use by Special Review application
be pre-advertised , and
WHEREAS , a copy of said letter of request is attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference , and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it appropriate to
grant said request to pre-advertise this matter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Double
Eight Land Corporation to pre-advertise a Use by Special Review
application be, and hereby is , approved .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded , adopted by the following vote on the 6th day of
April, A.D. , 1987 .

We are requesting preadvertisement for a land use application
hearing on the Double Eight Land Corp . feedlot . We have a purchase
contract on this parcel and need to save as much time in processing
as we can . Our contract date for closing is May 15 , 1987 . We
