HomeMy WebLinkAbout860246.tiff _RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1139 - DAVE HORTON WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the -affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 5th day of March, 1986 , considered the regnest of Dave Horton for a mobile home to be used temporarily during a medical hardship, and WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an a-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as the Sh NW4, Nh SWa and part of the S1 Sigh , Section 4 , Township 7 North, Range 58 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado -WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following condition: 1) Within thirty days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners , the owner shall apply for a new well permit to replace the expired well permit.
