RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENT TO UTILITIES
COORDINATING ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter , is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Utilities
Coordinating Advisory Committee , and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Wanda Grage be
appointed to said Committee as water district representative, with
her term to be from January 1 , 1990 , through December 31, 1991 ,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Michael Johnson, of
Greeley Gas Company, be appointed to said Committee, with his term
to expire December 31 , 1992, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Glenn Stokes, of Public
Service Company, be reappointed to said Committee , with his term
to expire December 31 , 1992 , and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to appoint and reappoint the above
named individuals to said Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Wanda Grage be, and
hereby is, appointed to the Utilities Coordinating Advisory
Committee, with her term to expire December 31 , 1991 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Michael Johnson and
Glenn Stokes be, and hereby are, appointed and reappointed to said
Committee, with their terms to expire December 31 , 1992 .

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 18th day of
December, A.D. , 1989 .

Please add the following appointments/reappointment to the Board's Monday,
December 18, 1989, agenda:
Utilities Coordinating Advisory Committee
Appointment:
Wanda Grage (water district representative) replaces Calvin Johnson who has
served the maximum length of time. Wanda's term will be from January 1,
1990, through December 31, 1991. This is a two year rather than three year
term to correct rotation.
Michael Johnson (Greeley Gas Co. representative) replaces Mike Erland.
Michaels's term will be from December 18, 1989, through December 31, 1992.
Reappointment:
Glenn Stokes (Public Service Co.) will be reappointed with a term to expire
December 31, 1992.
