RESOLUTION RE : APPROVE REPLAT OF LOT 2 , ETHERTON ' S SUBDIVISION - DONALD AND MARY KELLY WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, on the 30th day of November, 1987 , a public hearing was held before the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, to consider the application of Donald and Mary Kelly for a replat of Lot 2 , Etherton' s Subdivision, and WHEREAS, said lot is located on the following real estate, to-wit: Part of the W} NE* NE* of Section 16 , Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board heard the testimony and statements of those present, studied the recommendation of the Weld County Planning Commission and, being fully informed, is satisfied that the proposed replat conforms in all respects to the requirements of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the replat of Lot 2 , Etherton' s Subdivision, requested by Donald and Mary Kelly, be, and hereby is , approved subject to the following conditions: 1 . No building or electrical permits shall be issued on the property until the resubdivision plat has been delivered to the Department of Planning Services Office and this plat is ready to be recorded in the office of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder. 2 . A Weld County Septic Permit shall be required for the proposed home septic system and its system shall be installed according to the Weld County Individual Sewage Disposal Regulations .
