Dear Mr. Koolstra:
The Department of Planning Services' staff has considered your proposal to
place a mobile home on the special use permit site and has determined that
the addition of the mobile home to the sire will not be a major change to
the specie] use permit as approved. The mobile home is considered an
accessory use to the dairy and must be used by an employee of the dairy.
The mobile home may not be used as an income source for rental to persons
not principally employed by the dairy. The corrals on the south end cf the
property must be removed before the mobile home is placed on the parcel.
A building permit must be obtained for the mobile home before it is placed
on the property. Additional information is needed by the building
inspection department before the permit will be issued. Please cal] the
building inspection department at 356-4000, ext. 4 .25 if you have any
questions.
