(PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) , R-1 (LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 6th day of May, 1987 , at the hour of 2 : 00 p.m. in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of considering the request of Cecil W. King for a Change of Zone from A (Agricultural) to P.U.D. (Planned Unit Development) , R-1 (Low Density Residential) , and WHEREAS , the Board was informed by the Department of Planning Services that a sign informing the public of said hearing was not posted ten days prior to said hearing, as required, and WHEREAS , it was deemed advisable to continue said hearing to May 13 , 1987 , at 2: 00 p.m. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the hearing to consider the request of Cecil W. King for a Change of Zone be, and hereby is, continued to May 13 , 1987 , at 2: 00 p.m. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 6th day of May, A.D. , 1987. Barker Planning Department representative, Keith Schuett The following business was transacted: I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated March 23, 1987, and duly published April 2, 1987, in the Johnstown Breeze, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of Cecil W. King for a Change of Zone from A (Agricultural) to P.U.D. (Planned Unit Development) , R-1 (Low Density Residential) . Bruce Barker, Assistant County Attorney, made this matter of record. Keith Schuett, Planning Department representative, informed the Board that the applicant did not post a sign on the property ten days prior to the hearing as required, and the Planning staff is recommending that this hearing be continued to May 13, at 2:00 p.m. Commissioner Johnson moved to continue this hearing to May 13, at 2:00 p.m. Seconded by Commissioner Brantner, the motion carried unanimously. This Certification was approved on the 11th day of May, 1987.
