RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1520 - ROBERT MILLER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 1st day of March, 1989 , considered the request of
Robert Miller for a zoning permit for an extension beyond six
months for temporary storage of a mobile home , and
WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be situated in an
A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more
particularly described as follows:
Lot 7 , Block 26 , Aristocrat Ranchettes , Weld
County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the
testimony, finds that said request should he granted subject to
the following conditions: 1) This extension shall replace ZPMH
#1426 which expired January 8 , 1989 , and shall be valid only until
July 8 , 1989; and 2) Mobile Home Building Permit #2458 shall be
transferred to this zoning permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Robert
Miller for an extension beyond six months for temporary storage of
a mobile home on the above described parcel of land, which was
found to be in compliance with Section 43 of the Weld County
Zoning Ordinance, be, and hereby is , granted subject to the
hereinabove listed conditions.

Applicant: Robert Miller
This request is for a zoning permit for an extension beyond 6 months for
temporary storage of a mobile home.
Legal Description of Parcel: Lot 7, Block 26, Aristocrat Ranchettes, of the
6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
The Department of Planning Services' staff has reviewed this request and
approves this request for the following reasons:
WILL WILL NOT
X Be compatible with the Weld County Comprehensive
Plan.
X — Be compatible with the surrounding area.
X Be in harmony with the character of the
neighborhood.
X Adversely affect the immediate area.
—_ X Adversely affect the general health, safety and
welfare of the inhabitants of the area and the
County.
If approved, this extension will be valid until July 8, 1989, ZPMH-1426 for
an extension beyond 6 months -for temporary storage of a mobile home was
- approved on June 22, 1988, by the Board of County Commissioners and expired
on January 8, 1989. The applicant has stated that storage of the mobile
home on the property is necessary. Robert Miller is buying Lot 7, from
Arnold and Kimberly Miller, and has stated to the Department of Planning
Services' staff that a water tap is not available for the lot at this time.
The applicant did not submit a petition for this proposal .
The Department of Planning Services' staff would further recommend that
Mobile Home Building Permit #2458 he transferred to this zoning permit.
The Department of Planning Services' staff has not received any objections
to this request from any of the surrounding property owners.

To whom it may concern;
Arnold and Kimberly Miller own the property.
I am buying it from them . I am going to store my trailer
on this acre until I can get a water tap for the acre ,
which is going to be about a year or two. It is going
to be cheaper to store it than pay park rent.
