SUPPLEMENT NO. 1
TO
COMPLETE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
DATED: JANUARY 1, 1985
CONTRACT NO: 118-0369
It is mutually understood and agreed upon that the following change is
incorporated in the above subject agreement and made a part thereof:
Effective January 1, 1986, the one Dover hydraulic passenger elevator, located
in the Court House Annex, 936 - 9th Avenue. , Greeley, Colorado, will be included
in this agreement. The contract price will be increased by $130.00 per month,
resulting in an adjusted total contract price of $1,606.60 per month.
All other conditions and obligations of the original contract will remain
unchanged.
