RE: REAPPOINTMENT OF JERRY KIEFER AND MARION RICHTER TO BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of
Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jerry Kiefer be
reappointed to serve in the At-large position, and Marion Richter
be reappointed to serve in the District 2 position, with their
terms to expire December 31 , 1987 , and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to
reappoint Jerry Kiefer and Marion Richter to the Board of
Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Jerry Kiefer and
Marion Richter be, and hereby are, reappointed to the Board of
Adjustment with their terms to expire December 31 , 1987 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 28th day of
January, A.D. , 1985 .

Jerry Kiefer - Jerry is being reappointed to the(Board of Adjustment)
He will continue to serve in the At-large position. His term of
office will expire on December 31, 1987.Marion Richter - Marion is being reappointed to the (Bo
ard of Adjustment.
He will continue to serve in the District 2 position. His term of
office will expire on December 31, 1987.
UNIFORM BUILDING CODE BOARD OF APPEALS
Marion Richter - Marion is being appointed to the Uniform Building
Code Board of Appeals. He will serve in the Master Plumber/Mechanic
position. His term of office will expire on December 31, 1987.

I have taken a job in Denver that will -prevent my attending the
Board meetings.

I would like to tend my resignation from the -Weld County Board of Adjustments.
I find that as lay own business is -consuming more and more _of my time, I hm
having a lot of _difficulty fitting the Board meetings into-my schedule.
I will serve _on the Board until January 31, 1985 to give you time to replace
me. If you- would prefer to go ahead and use the alternates, just 1-et me know and
we can make the resignation effective any _time it is convenient for the Board.
