RE: APPROVE PROJECT COMPLETION REPORT FOR GILL HOUSING
REHABILITATION/OPTIONAL REPLACEMENT PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZE
CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Housing Authority has presented to
the Board a Project Completion Report for the Gill Housing
Rehabilitation/Optional Replacement Program, and
WHEREAS, said Completion Report is to he approved by the
Board and submitted to the State, and
WHEREAS , after review, the Board deems it appropriate to
approve the Project Completion Report for submittal to the State,
a copy of said Report being attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Project
Completion Report for the Gill Housing Rehabilitation/Optional
Replacement Program be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and
hereby is , authorized to sign said Completion Report.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 8th day of
January, A.D. , 1986 .

A. Project Accomplishments:
1. Name of Activities:--Housing Rehabilitation/optional-Replacement Housing; Gill,
Colorado.
2. National Objective Served:

3. Proposed Accomplishments:--The moderate rehabilitation of 22 owner occupied
dwelling units.
4. Actual Accomplishments:--The moderate rehabilitation of 22 owner occupied
dwelling units and the replacement of one dwelling unit with a mobile home.
5. Actions Remaining and Anticipated Completion Date:--All rehabilitation and re-
placement activities were completed as of August 31, 1985.

B. Actions to Affirmatively Further Fair Housing:
1. Equal Housing Opportunity posters, decals and signs are posted at locations
where applications for assistance are received and where actual rehabilitation
activities have been undertaken.
2. Equal Housing Opportunity slogan is used on our "official letterhead."
3. The Housing Authority provides assistance to minorities and women seeking housing
outside areas of concentration. The WCHA's Rehabilitation Specialist has been
designated Fair Housing Coordinator and will assist persons experiencing dis-
crimination in housing.
4. The WCHA plans to formulate a Fair Housing Ordinance with the intention of
pursuing its adoption by the County.

Alternative Relocation costs previously charged to the grant were
reclassified to another grant; therefore reducing total costs. Excess
funds in the amount of $483.82 will be refunded to your office.

It is hereby certified that all activities undertaken by the Grantee with
