RE: GRANT REQUEST OF ASSOCIATED NATURAL GAS, INC. , ACTING ON
BEHALF OF NATURAL GAS ASSOCIATES, TO PRE-ADVERTISE THE
APPLICATION FOR A USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Associated Natural Gas, Inc. , acting on behalf of
Natural Gas Associates, submitted a letter to the Board of County
Commissioners requesting that the Use by Special Review
application be pre-advertised, and
WHEREAS, a copy of said letter is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it appropriate to
grant said request to pre-advertise this matter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of
Associated Natural Gas, Inc. , acting on behalf of Natural Gas
Associates, to pre-advertise the application for a Use by Special
Review be, and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of
October, A.D. , 1985 .

Gentlemen:
Natural Gas Associates (for which Associated Natural Gas, Inc. is the Managing
Partner) has submitted an application for a Special Use Permit to construct
and operate a gas compression and LPG unloading facility near roads 19 and
Highway 52 in Weld County.
The Weld County Department of Planning Services has scheduled our permit for
action by the Weld County Planning Commission on November 5, 1985.
As we are anxious to get started on the new facilities prior to the start of
winter weather, we herewith request that the Board of County Commissioners
allow the permit hearing to be pre-advertised in order to expedite the
permitting process.
Your serious consideration of this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Pursuant to the zoning laws of the State of Colorado and the Weld County
Zoning Ordinance, a public hearing will be held in the Chambers of the Board
of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, Weld County Centennial
Center, 915 10th Street, First Floor, Greeley, Colorado, at the time
specified. All persons in any manner interested in the Use by Special
Review are requested to attend and may be heard.
Should the applicant or any interested party desire the presence of a court
reporter to make a record of the proceedings, in addition to the taped
record which will be kept during the hearing, the Clerk to the Board's
Office can be contacted for a list of court reporters in the area. If a
court reporter is obtained, the Clerk to the Board's Office shall be advised
in writing of such action at least five days prior to the hearing. The cost
of engaging a court reporter shall be borne by the requesting party.
BE IT ALSO KNOWN that the text and maps so certified by the Weld County
Planning Commission may be examined in the office of the Clerk to the Board
of County Commissioners, located in the Weld County Centennial Center, 915
10th Street, Third Floor, Greeley, Colorado.
