RE: APPROVE CHANGE ORDERS TO BERTRON CONSTRUCTION, INC.
CONCERNING REMODELING OF COURTHOUSE
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , Weld County entered into a construction contract
on April 10 , 1986, with Bertron Construction, Inc. to remodel
the Courthouse, and
WHEREAS, the architect, Loren Bley, has recommended that
two additional Change Orders totaling $3 , 250 . 00 are necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that additional Change
Orders totaling $3 ,250 . 00 concerning the contract dated April
10 , 1986 , with Bertron Construction, Inc. , be , and hereby are,
approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 21st day of
December, A.D. , 1987 .

You are hereby directed to execute promptly this Field Order which interprets the Contract Documents or orders minor
changes in the Work without change in Contract Sum or Contract Time.
If you consider that a change in Contract Sum or Contract Time is required, please submit your itemized proposal to the
Architect immediately and before proceeding with this Work. If your proposal is found to be satisfactory and in proper
order, this Field Order will in that event be superseded by a Change Order.

Refer to Drawings Sht. A5 District Court Clerk #301 and Sht. M-4 .
Furnish and install new drop ceiling and lighting as per attached F .O.
sketch.
Revise Mechanical F.O. 21 to reflect drop ceiling diffusers as indicated
on Drawings.
Contractor shall reflect modifications on as-built prints.
