RE: APPROVAL OF CANCELLATION OF GENERAL FUND WARRANTS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, certain General Fund Warrants in the total amount of
$1 ,186 ,309 .75 , have been issued in error or the amounts for which
they were drawn have otherwise been changed, and
WHEREAS, a list of the specific Warrant numbers, dates, names
and amounts is on file with the Accounting Department, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to approve the
cancellation of said Warrants.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that those General Fund
Warrants for the period of November 1 through November 20 , 1985 ,
in the amount of $1 , 186 ,309 .75 , be , and the same hereby are,
cancelled and held for naught.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 23rd day of
November, A.D. , 1985 .
