You will note that Phase I is in the area south of the St. Vrain River and immediately adjacent to 1-25. The purpose of starting in this area was to mine the frontage property early so that future development could take place earlier. Subsequent to the December 1981 Mining Plan we developed a new idea for the reclamation of the property which was to develop a ski lake and golf course in the Phase III area first. We, therefore, elected not to disturb the Phase I or Phase II areas but to continue the mining on the Phase III area so that our golf course development could take place earlier. You will note that, prior to the December 1981 mining plan, we had been extracting sand and gravel from the Phase III area. The purpose, therefore, of this addendum is to correct the present construction phasing to be consistent with our ongoing operations. Phase III is changed to Phase I, Phase II continues to be Phase II, and Phase I is changed to Phase III. All other information relative to our over-all application is unchanged. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely, SIEGRIST CONSTRUCTION CO. ROber " t I A71: President cc: Weld County RLS:mv:my Hello
