RESOLUTION
RE: RESCIND RESOLUTION OF SEPTEMBER 13, 1989, CONCERNING PARTIAL
RELEASE OF DEED OF TRUST FOR PARKLAND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION,
INC.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on September 13, 1989 , the Board considered and
approved partial release of the Deed of Trust for Parkland
Homeowners Association, Inc. , and authorized the Chairman to sign
said Deed of Trust, concerning Lot 1 , Block 1 , Parkland Estates,
and
WHEREAS, the Board has been advised that the contemplated
purchase of the above described property was never closed, and
WHEREAS, due to such circumstances, the Board now deems it
advisable to rescind the Resolution of approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Resolution of
September 13, 1989, approving partial release of the Deed of Trust
for Parkland Homeowners Association, Inc. , concerning the
hereinabove described property be, and hereby is, rescinded
because the contemplated purchase was never closed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 23rd day of
October, A.D. , 1989 .
