HomeMy WebLinkAbout860271.tiff RESOLUTION -RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1146 - ROBERT MILLER WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and -WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , on the 19th day of March, 1986 , considered the request of Robert Miller for one mobile home to be used beyond six months -for temporary storage , and WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be located in an A-Agricultural Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as Lot 5 , Block 25 , Aristocrat Ranchettes Subdivision , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted for a period of six months , with said permit expiring June 12 , 1986. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Robert Miller for permission to place one mobile home to be used beyond six months -for temporary storage on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with Section 43 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, be, and hereby is , granted, for a period of six months to expire June 12 , 1986 . The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 19th day of March, -A.D. , 1986 .
