RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS OF RACHEL HARDING, SHIRLEY MEDBERY,
JERRY FRANZ , BETSY HOLDER, AND GUS ERNST TO AREA AGENCY ON
AGING ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Area Agency on
Aging Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Shirley Medbery, Jerry
Franz , Betsy Holder, and Gus Ernst be appointed to said Board,
with terms to expire September 30 , 1991 , and
WHEREAS , it has been recommended that Rachel Harding be
appointed to said Board to fill the unexpired term of Patricia
Breien which expires September 30 , 1989 , and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to appoint Rachel Harding, Shirley
Medbery, Jerry Franz , Betsy Holder, and Gus Ernst to the Area
Agency on Aging Advisory Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Rachel Harding,
Shirley Medbery, Jerry Franz, Betsy Holder, and Gus Ernst be, and
hereby are , appointed to the Area Agency on Aging Advisory Board,
with terms to expire as stated above.

The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 26th day of
September, A.D. , 1988 .
