Dear Mr. Brough:
Thank you for your letter which we received on October 31. The Department
of Planning Services' staff has discussed your proposal to plant "Silver
Buffalo" plants along the south boundary of your Special Use Permit area.
The staff has determined that these plants will meet the requirements of the
development standards of Special Use Permit #389 . An inspection of the
property will be made in the Spring of 1989 to assure that the plants are in
place. Once established, this landscaping boundary must be maintained on
the property.
Please call and let me know when the planting has been completed in the
Spring of 1989.
