RE: APPROVE DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY AS SURPLUS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners acquired through a
tax deed, property described as Lot 49 , Block 14 , Clark and Hills
Addition, in the Town of Kersey, Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Weld County has no use for the property and wishes
to declare said property as surplus and offer it for sale to the
public.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Board does hereby
declare the above described property as surplus and directs the
Director of the Purchasing Department to advertise said property
for sale.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 10th day of
August, A.D. , 1987 .
