RE: APPROVE ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING NON-COMPLIANCE OF PLOWING
PERMIT #85-10 ISSUED TO WAYNE AND ERVIN VANGRAEFSCHEPE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , on March 5 , 1985 , the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, issued Plowing Permit #85-10 to Wayne
and Ervin Vangraefschepe on land being more particularly described
as follows:
NE4 of Section 7 , Ek and Part of NWa, Section
6 , Township 7 North, Range 56 West of the 6th
P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS , on the 24th day of April, 1985 , the Board of County
Commissioners received a written complaint from the Centennial
Soil Conservation District concerning non-compliance of said
Permit #85-10 issued to Wayne and Ervin Vangraefschepe, and
WHEREAS, the Board, on the 29th day of May, 1985 , issued a
Findings and Order concerning non-compliance of said Permit
#85-10 ,
WHEREAS, on the 26th day of June, 1985 , Wayne and Ervin
Vangraefschepe appeared before the Board to respond to the
complaint submitted by the Centennial Soil Conservation District,
and
WHEREAS, the Board, after having heard the testimony and
evidence presented in this matter, deems it appropriate to allow
Wayne and Ervin Vangraefschepe until December, 1985 , to consult
with the Conservation District in order to re-evaluate said
property and the plan which was drawn up by the Conservation
District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Wayne and Ervin
Vangraefshepe be, and hereby are, allowed until December, 1985 , to
correct said non-compliance of Plowing Permit #85-10 and to have
the property re-evaluated.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 26th day of
June, A.D. , 1985 .
