Dear Ray;
The Engineering Department has reviewed and inspected the
paving which was done from the Vessels plant north one mile.
This area is along road 19 between roads 4 and 6. We see no
deficiencies at this time, therefore recommend that it be
accepted for partial maintenance. After the year warranty
is up, another inspection will need to be made before the
road is accepted for full maintenance.
