RE: GRANT REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO COMPLY WITH CONDITIONS
ASSOCIATED WITH USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW - KEN BROOKER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , on October 20 , 1986 , the Board did approve a Use by
Special Review for Ken Brooker, and
WHEREAS, said approval was granted subject to compliance with
certain Conditions, and
WHEREAS, the applicant is now requesting an extension of time
to comply with said Conditions, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it appropriate to grant Ken Brooker
an additional 30 days, until January 9 , 1987 , to comply with said
Conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Ken Brooker be, and
hereby is, granted an additional 30 days, until January 9 , 1987,
to comply with the Conditions of said Use by Special Review.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded , adopted by the following vote on the 10th day of
_December, A.D. , 1986 .

To whom it may concern:
rlegarding use by special review permit case no. USR 754:86:34
I, Ken Brooke*, will not be able to meet my Nov.20.1986 deadline,
The reasons are; :tried to locate a used paint booth,to save on
expenses. i was not able to locate one. J. purchased a new booth,
-the company did not deliver it until last Friday,Nov.14. The
booth is up and I am now in the process of finishing it, Also I
ordered the fire suppression system for the booth, it can not
be installed until Nov.21.
I am sorry that I am not ready for my Nov.20 deadline. I
hope you do understand. I am working long, hard hours, trying
to compleate it all as soon as possible,
