RE: APPROVE CERTIFICATION OF COMPLETION OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
PLAN CONCERNING 1986 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG)
PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Certification of
Completion of the Community Development Plan which certifies to
the State of Colorado that Weld County has completed the CDBG
required "Community Development Plan" , and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to
approve said Certification of Completion, a copy of which is
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Certification of
Completion of the Community Development Plan concerning the 1986
CDBG Program be , and hereby is , approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and
hereby is, authorized to sign said Certification of Completion .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 5th day of
January, A.D. , 1987 .

CERTIFICATION OF COMPLETION
OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PLAN
The County of Weld, a grantee of the State of Colorado under the 1986
"Small Cities" Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, hereby
certifies to the State of Colorado that it has completed the CDBG-required
"Community Development Plan" which identifies its community development and
housing needs, including the needs of low and moderate income persons, and
the activities to be undertaken to meet such needs.
