RESOLUTION
RE: RESCIND RESOLUTION CONCERNING LAW ENFORCEMENT AGREEMENT WITH
TOWN OF MILLIKEN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on September 30 , 1985 , the Board of County
Commissioners approved a Law Enforcement Agreement with the Town
of Milliken, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been advised that the Town of Milliken
does not, at this time, desire said services, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to rescind the
Resolution concerning said Agreement with the Town of Milliken.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Resolution, dated
September 30 , 1985 , concerning the Law Enforcement Agreement with
the Town of Milliken be, and hereby is, rescinded.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of
October, A.D. , n1985'..
