Description of Request
The applicant has requested of Weld County, Colorado a
subdivision exemption for the purposes of being able to
convey to the present owners of Greeley radio station KFKA
(Radio Ingstadt Colorado, Inc. ) the parcel of land upon which
the KFKA radio tower is located. That parcel is identified
on the attachments as "KFKA Radio Tower Property" . The
purpose of this request is to comply with Weld County
Subdivision Regulations.
