The purpose is to increase the size of the smaller r parcel to an area more suitable for a primary dwelling (a manufactured home ) . This has been an unappealing area, a triangular shaped portion whose last legal use was as a wrecking or junk yard. I understand a permit was issued to Eldon Myers for this puppose. This is incompatible with the area which is primarily residents rather than agricultural or industrial-business .
