o w• BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WELD
o COUNTY, COLORADO:

q WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
X• Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
• Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
cogx affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
x Colorado, has the authority under State statute and the Weld
a, a County Home Rule Charter to establish certain fees for services
o v provided by the various departments of Weld County Government, and

A WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County

NE+ desires, through this Ordinance, to set fees and charges for
' x services provided by the Weld County Health Department.
o W NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
o w Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Ordinance No. 82-H
o
N z be, and hereby is, repealed and that the fee schedule set forth in
N4 Exhibits "A" through "C" , copies of which are attached hereto and
gyp4 incorporated herein by reference, shall be the fees charged by the
Weld County Health Department for the described services.
r„n BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners
M of Weld County, Colorado, that this Ordinance shall supersede all
r+ o prior Ordinances and Resolutions concerning fees for the services
cow enumerated in this Ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that the effective date of said fee
schedule shall be December 31, 1989, and such fees shall remain in
full force and effect until the Board ordains to change such fees.
