RE: ACCEPTANCE OF DONATION OF PHOTGRAPHIC ENLARGER TO WELD COUNTY
SHERIFF'S OFFICE BY KODAK OF COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Kodak of Colorado has donated one Omega black and
white Photographic Enlarger, valued at approximately $1 ,000 to
$1 ,500 , to the Weld County Sheriff' s Office, and
WHEREAS, it is the policy of Weld County to formally accept
donations via Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the donation of the
Omega black and white Photographic Enlarger by Kodak of Colorado
be, and hereby is, accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that a copy of this
Resolution, along with a letter of appreciation, be forwarded to
Kodak of Colorado.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 12th day of
June, A.D. , 1985.

Donated Equipment Offer
Subject:
Kodak of Colorado has offered to donate to the Sheriff's Office 1 - Omega
black & white photographic enlarger. A rough estimate as to the value of
this enlarger would be $1,000. to $1,500. We do not have an enlarger with
the capabilities that this one offers and it would greatly enhance
productivity and work quality.
We are requesting acceptance of this piece of equipment. A prompt response
is appreciated.
