RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT, REAPPOINTMENT, AND REASSIGNMENT TO
PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County
Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to appoint Judith Yamaguchi to
represent District 5 and Bud Clemons as an at-large representative
on the Planning Commission, with their terms to expire July 31,
1992 , and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that LeAnn Reid,
representing District 6 , be reappointed to said Board, with her
term to expire July 31 , 1992 , and
WHEREAS , the Board desires to reassign Jerry Kiefer to
represent District 3 on said Board , with his term to expire July
31 , 1991 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Judith Yamaguchi and
Bud Clemons be, and hereby are, appointed to the Weld County
Planning Commission, with their terms to expire July 31, 1992 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that LeAnn Reid be, and
hereby is, reappointed to said Board, with her term to expire July
31 , 1992 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Jerry Kiefer be, and
hereby is, reassigned to represent District 3 on said Board, with
his term to expire July 31 , 1991 .

Please add the following Planning Commission appointments to the Board's
Wednesday, August 9, 1989, agenda:
Appointments
Judith Yamaguchi will replace Ivan Gosnell in District 5. Her term will
expire 7/31/92.
Bud Clemons will replace Jerry Kiefer as an at—large representative. His
term will expire 7/31/92.
Jerry Kiefer will be reassigned to represent District 3. His term will
still expire 7/31/91. Mr. Kiefer will be replacing Lynn Brown.
Reappointment
LeAnn Reid will be reappointed to represent District 6. Her term will
expire 7/31/92.
