HomeMy WebLinkAbout871065.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY AS SURPLUS WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Weld County recently purchased property from Monfort of Colorado, Inc. , and a certain portion of the parcel has no County purpose due to the terrain and water detention ponds , and WHEREAS , said property is more fully described on Schedule "A" , a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and WHEREAS, the Board wishes to declare said property surplus and offer it for sale. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that said property, as more fully described on the attached Schedule "A" , be, and hereby is , declared surplus and ordered to be sold by the Board.
