subject: Amendment to Transportation Agreement With WCCCF
Enclosed for Board approval is an amendment to the 1982 continuous
agreement between the Weld County Division of Human Resources
Transportation Department and the Weld County Community Center
Foundation. The amendment revises the reimbusement rate and total miles
of transportation to be provided for the time period of April 1, 1985,
through the end of the Community Center's fiscal year.
The Community Center Foundation will provide reimbursement to Human
Resources at the rate of $.62 per mile for 35,000 miles of
transportation. Another amendment to the continuous agreement will be
negotiated after the end of the fiscal year.
The reimbursement is used to cover the costs of administrative overhead,
gas and oil , repair, maintenance, vehicle replacement and salaries.

PURCHASE OF SERVICES AGREEMENT
AMENDMENT
THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this 12th day of June, 1985,
by and between the Weld County Division of Human Resources, hereinafter
referred to as "Human Resources" , and the Weld County Community Center
Foundation, hereinafter referred to as "WCCCF".
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, Human Resources and WCCCF are desirous of amending the
original agreement of January 29, 1982, and all subsequent amendments.
NOW THEREFORE, the following conditions are mutually agreed upon:
1. WCCCF agrees to reimburse Human Resources at $.62 per mile
for 35,000 miles of transportation.
2. The time period involved is April 1, 1985, through the
remainder of the WCCCF Fiscal Year.
3. Reimbursement will not exceed $21,700.
4. All terms and conditions of the original Agreement and
subsequent amendments shall remain in effect unless
otherwise stated in this Amendment.
