RESOLUTION
RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR CHAIRMAN TO SIGN BILL OF SALE FOR
IMPROVEMENTS OF LEASED LAND - HIGHLAND FEEDERS, INC.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners did declare
certain property in Ault, Colorado, as surplus property, and
WHEREAS, on May 8 , 1985 , the Board did accept the bid of
Highland Feeders, Inc. , in the amount of SIXTY THOUSAND ONE
HUNDRED AND ONE DOLLARS ($60 , 101) for the purchase of said
property, and
WHEREAS, a Bill of Sale has been prepared for the
improvements on the following described property, to-wit:
The improvements on land leased by Highland
Feeders, Inc. , from Union Pacific Railroad Co.
on part of its station grounds westerly of Lot
15 , Block 2 , First Pence Subdivision to Town
of Ault, Colorado. Said lease, evidenced by
Union Pacific Rental Agreement Number
OMA-2027 , was assigned by Weld County,
Colorado, to Highland Feeders, Inc. , on June
19 , 1985.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable
to authorize the Chairman to sign said Bill of Sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Chairman of the
Board be, and hereby is, authorized to sign the Bill of Sale for
the improvements on the hereinabove described property.

By signing and delivering this Bill of Sale the Grantor acknowledges receipt of sufficient consideration and transfers
and conveys to the Grantee all of the Grantor's right, title, and interest in the above described personal property and
warrants that his title is good and that this transfer is rightful and is free from any security interest or other lien or en-
cumbrance, except for any such interest described above under"Encumbrances". This transfer and conveyance is
binding on all persons claiming from,through or under the Grantor,and this transfer and conveyance is absolute and
unconditional so as to vest title and any claims on warranties in the Grantee and the personal representatives and as-
signs of the Grantee, the survivor or survivors (if the Grantee is two or more persons taking title in joint tenancy),and
